We've redesigned the Ellis from the ground up, based on feedback from you, our customers. First off, we've added our very first scissors, which makes the Ellis supremely versatile. If you can't cut it with the Ellis's knife blade, you can almost assuredly cut it with scissors. We have also updated the construction of the Ellis into a slip-joint design to make it easier to use. The new Ellis also features a new deep-carry wire clip as well as our All-Things scraper, flat-head screwdriver and pry tool. The Ellis is built around a partially-serrated Swedish Sandvik 12C27 stainless-steel blade and is available in three different scale options. It will immediately become your daily multi-tool of choice.

It’s bigger than I expected with the blade out. I do like the serration but…. I wish there was a blade lock somehow - also I need to reconfigure for left handed use. Clip is in my way and the blade is on wrong side for a left handed person. It for sure is a two handed use knife . I have used the built in “screwdriver” as a bottle opener - not the best use since that part has a taper

Great little tool and the perfect size/weight for EDC. First off the construction/materials seem to be top notch and this tool just looks really nice!! The slip joint function of the blade and scissors are nice and firm. Love the G10 scales and the scissors cut amazingly. The pocket clip is nice and low profile but the finish has scratched already with very light use. The biggest drawback to me seems that the clip should be on the opposite side. As a right hand carry, when I pull the knife out - with my finger on the clip and thumb on the inside scale - I have to flip the knife over in my hand so my thumb is on the clip to be able to open the blade. If the clip was on the other side I could just pull the knife out and open the blade. Maybe the scales/clip can be swapped? Overall a very nice EDC tool, lower the price a bit, make in the USA and swap the clip to the other side and it'd be a solid 5 and probably my all time favorite knife for EDC.

I love the new Ellis. The scissors come in clutch when i knife cant fit or you need the delicate touch. The everything scraper i never knew i needed but seem to keep finding new ways to use it. Will definitely be keeping this in the pocket no matter where i go.

I am usually a lock blade person but have to say really happy with the detent on the Ellis, I have no concerns on closing on me and scissors are exceptionally practical.

I’m in love with this EDC. On a recent 10-day backpacking trip in Maine, it saved the day when a buddy’s bear bag got snagged in a tree and wouldn’t fall down. No bear bag means no food!! After a few other ideas, we tried lashing my Ellis to a ten foot stick and used it to saw through the line, freeing the bag!

I bought "The Ellis" for my fiance and he was so excited! He had been eying it for months! Although he has another "everyday" knife, I believe that knife is currently in a drawer somewhere and "The Ellis" has now taken its place. We are both very happy with our purchase. Great knife for EDC. I love the green micarta scales. The scissors are as good or better than any other brand. I love the dual functionality of the blade. I’ve only opened a few beers with the pry tool, but so far so good. Nice knife!

I've searched long for a really good pocket carry knife/scissor combo. They were either bulky, compromised in the knife or scissor part or very unattractive. The Ellis is a great EDC pocket carry knife with a very useable pair of scissors. Where it could be better is a liner lock on the blade. I'm so used to this on even basic knives and was suprized this was not included and a big failing.

After buying the ELKO pocket knife + Draplin collaboration, I decided to buy something different. The All-Black Ellis was better than the images online. It's got a nice weight and is easy to carry around. Its design of it is awesome and SUPER Sharp! Simply perfect.

All you need in your pocket. As I age I realize the importance of sizzors. These are amazing, well engineered and well designed. Best sizzors in a pocket knife, period !

Love this knife

I haven't had it that long but its a high quality and feels good in my hand. I really only needed a knife with a pair of sciccors and I didn't want it to be really small like my Gerber Dime. I love it so far!

The Ellis

Perfect addition to my EDC rotation and the half stop is a mighty plus. Glad I went for the partial serrated blade for utility and I've always wanted a micarta scales.
